We execute agricultural systems for agricultural and livestock production. There are thus two systems, intensive and extensive, which are distinguished by the size of the cultivated area and the extraction rate achieved.

Intensive agriculture

It corresponds to agricultural practice with high rates of extraction and invested capital. It is characterized by the use of various technologies in productive environments such as machinery, tractors and mechanized plows. In addition, intensive agriculture uses large amounts of fertilizers and pesticides to expand the use of the area. Agricultural techniques such as crop rotation are also employed.

Extensive agriculture

It is characterized by having very little or no machine intervention. This type of production, considered subsistence, is carried out by families living in the countryside, focusing on their own consumption. Plant- ing, maintenance and harvesting are carried out manually, and there are no investments in seeds, fertilizers or special fertilizers, as in large-scale production.

Modern agriculture

It uses technology in favor of greater productivity in the field and eliminates a large part of human work using machines such as tractors, seeders, harvesters and irrigators instead.
